Returns & Refunds Policy

At BulkECandy, we prioritize food safety and quality, allowing returns on unopened, non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened candy or temperature-sensitive items like chocolate that have been compromised.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and not listed as a final sale or perishable item.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the products to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and include the RMA form inside before shipping to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
